Expert in natural and curative cooking
He graduated in 2010 as a Food and Cook Therapist at Martin Hansley's SanaGola in Milan. He graduated in 2012 with 25 credits from Organic Accademy - Academy of Natural and Vegetarian Cuisine with chef Simone Salvini. In 2015 he graduated in Chinese Medicine and Energy Nutrition at School Tao in Bologna.
Works in the countryside
He takes care of the work on the Soleluna estate, takes care of the plants following the dictates of Organic and Biodynamic agriculture. His passions have always been linked to the world of nature, he spends his days taking care of the countryside and looking for mushrooms and truffles in the mountains surrounding Lake Garda.
